Introduction Join us and escape the hustle and bustle of the city, we continue our journey to Lagoa de Óbidos, an incredible place where we can practice Kayaking or Stand Up Padel in an absolutely peaceful way. After the sport, lunch at a typical restaurant in the region and in the afternoon we will still have time for a guided tour of the magnificent medieval town of Óbidos. Description Departure from Lisbon at 9 am and transfer to a place in the western region of rare beauty and tranquility, Lagoa de Óbidos. Here we will experience an initiation class or rent in Canoeing or Stand Up Padel (SUP) autonomy. The Óbidos Lagoon has excellent conditions for the initiation and practice of these modalities due to the calm and tranquility of its waters, as well as the enjoyment of the unparalleled beauty of the surroundings.

After sporting activity and with an open appetite, there's nothing like a nice lunch at Taberna do Manelvina, one of the best hidden gastronomic secrets in the West, this is a bullfighting restaurant, with the best grills in the region, including, among others, a bull steak to cry for more.

To conclude this tour, we will take a guided tour of the medieval town and Óbidos, a walled city with more than 800 years and history, in an exceptional state of conservation. After the visit, return to Lisbon towards your accommodation. Included
